Have more than 33 years of experience in the IT industry, being in senior level management positions in top global companies like HCL, ORG, IBM,CMC, Cadence and TCS. Been director of one of the Software Technology Parks of India(Govt. of India). Trained a multitude of professionals and leaders from the IT industry on my "ANC's Personality Mapping programme" and the feedback has always been "outstanding". Nothing gives me more happiness than to see a participant earnestly trying to rediscover himself through this programme.
