ANC's IPM completes major milestone-100 IPM workshops in leading software firm TCS

ANC'S IPM completed a major milestone by conducting it's 100th IPM workshop at TCS. The event was graced by  Madam Joyce, Head of Learning in TCS, Mumbai, Madam Sapna-Global Head of Finance (A/P) in TCS, Mr Shankaran, Mr Nilesh, Mr Dinesh and the participants from TCS Mumbai, largely from the Finance Deptt.

ANC's IPM goes to SEMTECH

ANC conducted a specially customized Personality Mapping-cum-Team Building workshop at the Trident Hotel, Bhubaneswar on 11th and 12th October 2012 for the entire team of SEMTECH India's Bhubaneswar office. It was an action-packed and fun-filled 2-day group-learning event for the the young, intelligent and promising professionals of SEMTECH India who participated with great enthusiasm and keen interest. 

To add to their excitement and motivation, Mr Niraj Mathur and Mr Adrian De Cunha from Semtech Corporation, USA/Canada (www.semtech.com) were personally present through most part of the workshop, at the end of which, they observed as follows:

Hi ANC,

Thank you very much for the training session last week. I believe the team gained valuable insight into themselves and how to perform better as a team...Regards"

I hope you remember me, I was part of IPM training session at Dhara/TCS/Bangalore held on 19-Jul - 20-Jul-2010. Hope you are doing fine and still travelling?.
