It was no ordinary coincidence that the 29th batch of the two-day IPM workshop ended on 29th February 2008, and was attended by 29 participants from HR, L&D, QA and Consultancy at TCS, Deccan Park, Hyderabad. (see picture above) - "literally 'leap'ing forward!" said ANC in his inimitable fashion:)

Introduction to Personality Mapping (IPM) is a concept visualised, designed, packaged and delivered as an MDP workshop for corporate clients like TCS and professional bodies like IEEE by Amar Nath Chatterjee (ANC), a PhD scholar of XLRI, a Senior Member of IEEE and a retired Principal Consultant of TCS. IPM had started its journey in February, 2005 as a one-day programme with the first batch attended by the entire NHS (National Health Services, UK) project team at TCS Towers Gurgaon. It later evolved as a two-day MDP workshop by way of continuous improvement through implementation of the suggestions/feedback made by the participants. More than 600 professionals have undergone ANC's IPM training so far, mostly from TCS.
